Paint, Ink, Feathers & Fur

Patty is a professional children's book illustrator. For the past nineteen  years she has rendered with a keen eye for detail and expression whether

its for fiction, biographies or Christmas cards.

Her life encompasses four passions - paint, ink, feathers and fur; not necessarily in that order and depending on the season.

Between fledging wild orphans and her own two legged offspring, she loves

to explore new approaches to art, to read and to write.

Her formative years where spent in Oakville, Ontario as a fine artist capturing the disappearing landmarks of Halton. A desire for growth and new experience led her to Sheridan College and a whole new avenue of creativity – books!

Today she lives with her husband, two kids, Jack Russell Terrier and "usually" four birds, in Burlington, Ontario.
